What you would do

• Prepare the outlet for operation and reset tables as needed
• Take food and beverage orders from guests and upsell where possible
• Familiarise with all items on the menu, promotions, and daily specials
• Record sales and follow procedures for ordering, voiding, or correcting items
• Handle guests' bills and invoices with quality service
• Clear tables and remove dirty dishes to the dish area
• Serve food and beverages according to standards and speed/accuracy
• Report to the Restaurant Supervisor at shift start for instructions
• Be flexible with special guest requests for preparation methods/ingredients
• Complete opening and closing duties as assigned
