What you would do

• Oversee front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly.
• Hire, train, schedule and evaluate department heads and staff.
• Monitor budgets, manage revenues, set room rates and forecast expenses.
• Resolve escalated guest complaints and enforce service recovery protocols.
• Ensure compliance with local health, safety and hospitality regulations.

• Degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3 to 5+ years of proven leadership experience in hospitality management.
