Experienced Hotel Manager

Teestone Hotel & Apartments in Ikeja, Lagos is seeking an experienced, highly organised Hotel Manager to oversee the hotel's daily operations. The role aims to ensure guest satisfaction, service quality, staff performance, and profitability through strong leadership and effective management.

What you would do

• Oversee day-to-day hotel operations across all departments.
• Lead, supervise, and evaluate staff to maintain high standards of performance and professionalism.
• Ensure guest service excellence and promptly resolve complaints and special requests.
• Monitor occupancy, reservations, check-ins/check-outs, and overall guest experience.
• Develop and implement operational procedures, policies, and service standards; ensure compliance with health, safety and hospitality regulations.
• Manage departmental budgets and oversee revenue, expenses, and cost control; collaborate with department heads to improve efficiency.

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in hotel management or senior hotel operations; proven experience managing multiple departments and supervising large teams.
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations including guest services, housekeeping, food and beverage, and front-office procedures; budgeting and financial reporting.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills; strong customer-service orientation.
• Proficiency in hotel management/PMS software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays; high level of integrity, professionalism, accountability, and attention to detail.
