Experienced Hotel Cook

About this role

Teestone Hotels & Apartments in Lagos is seeking an experienced hotel cook for a full-time role in Ojodu Berger. The cook will prepare meals for hotel guests in line with menus and recipes while maintaining food safety and hygiene standards.

What you would do

• Prepare and cook meals according to hotel menus and recipes.
• Ensure meals are prepared and presented to high quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, workstations, and equipment.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and sanitation regulations at all times.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with receiving, storing and rotating food supplies.
• Assist with menu preparation and special event catering when required.
