About this role

An experienced cook needed to join the kitchen team at Captain Residency Hotel in Lagos. The role focuses on preparing and cooking meals to hotel standards, supporting events and room service as required, for candidates with prior kitchen experience.

What you would do

• Prepare and cook dishes according to the menu and recipes
• Plan daily menus and specials
• Ensure portioning and plating are consistent
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards in handling and storing food
• Assist with catering for events and room service, and other kitchen duties as assigned by the chef or supervisor
