What you would do

• Receive and inspect shipments and materials and record them accordingly.
• Ensure goods entering and leaving the warehouse are tracked and authorised.
• Input supplies into the warehouse inventory system and verify accuracy of records.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly stock reports and reports on consumption, disputes, returns and activities.
• Compile reports on production or inventory changes.
• Conduct branch stock analysis to support decision-making and inter-base transfers.
• Sort, locate and move goods within different parts of the warehouse.
• Keep the store organised and maintain tidiness of the warehouse.
• Develop and implement a proactive tools maintenance programme.
• Coordinate with the OHS Coordinator to investigate incidents, including near misses and accidents.

What they are asking for

• BSc or HND in Accounting, Statistics or Data Analytics.
• 0 - 1 year post NYSC experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of occupational health and safety is a plus.
