Executive Warehouse Officer
About this role

What you would do
- Manage tool maintenance operations in line with policy and OSHA guidelines.
- Input and verify inventory records in the warehouse system.
- Monitor stock levels and conduct regular stock counts to identify variances.
- Coordinate with the OHS Coordinator on incident investigations, including near misses and accidents.
- Maintain a tidy and organised store and ensure proper tracking of goods entering and leaving the warehouse.
- Receive, inspect and record shipments from project sites or other locations.
- Prepare maintenance reports and ensure accurate inventory records.
- Conduct branch stock analysis to support inter-base transfers and decision-making.
- Move and sort goods within different areas of the warehouse.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly stock and warehouse activity reports.
What they are asking for
- BSc or HND in Accounting, Statistics or Data Analytics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- 0–1 year post NYSC experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of occupational health and safety is an advantage.
