Executive Warehouse Officer

What you would do

• Receive and inspect shipments and materials from project sites or other warehouses
• Record and document received items and input them into the inventory system
• Monitor stock levels and conduct regular stock counts
• Record inventory variances and report discrepancies
• Track goods entering and leaving the warehouse with proper authorization
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock and warehouse activity reports
• Conduct branch stock analysis to support decisions and inter-base transfers
• Sort, locate, and move goods within the warehouse
• Maintain a well-organised store and keep the warehouse tidy
• Coordinate with OHS activities and maintain tool maintenance programmes

• BSc or HND in Accounting, Statistics or Data Analytics
• 0–1 year post-NYSC experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of occupational health and safety is a plus
