About this role

The role is an HR Business Partner for DP World Logistics in Lagos, responsible for delivering tactical HR plans for the Africa Sub-Business Unit and advising senior leaders on the people agenda. It covers recruitment, onboarding, development, performance, organisational design, employee experience and governance, supported by HR analytics and technology.

What you would do

• Implement and manage Africa regional HR strategies by developing aligned HR plans.
• Lead talent acquisition and onboarding with Regional Talent Acquisition CoE and HR Operations to ensure policy-compliant processes.
• Oversee learning, development and talent management programmes to build capability.
• Drive performance management and total rewards in line with DP World frameworks and policies.
• Support organisational design and change management in line with governance standards.
• Leverage HR data, reporting and analytics to inform decisions and improve service delivery.

• Bachelor's degree in human resources management, organisational psychology, employee relations, business administration or a related field.
• Minimum of six years' progressive HR experience, including at least three years in an HR leadership role; multinational experience preferred.
• Proven experience partnering with business leaders and implementing HR solutions that positively impact business performance.
• Knowledge of talent acquisition, performance and talent management, learning and development, employee relations and total rewards.
• Experience leading and managing an HR team and working with HR Centres of Expertise and HR Operations.
• Understanding of HR governance, compliance and employment legislation across multiple countries, ideally in Africa.
