Executive Marketer

About this role

The role is for an Executive Marketer at Muamalat Homes & Properties Limited in Kano, focused on promoting real estate offerings, generating leads and converting prospects into clients. It targets individuals with marketing or sales experience, ideally in real estate, who can build relationships and meet sales targets.

What you would do

• Identify and engage prospective buyers, investors and clients through direct marketing, referrals, networking and digital channels
• Promote land, housing and other real estate offerings to prospective customers
• Follow up on leads, respond to enquiries and convert prospects into sales
• Organise and participate in property inspections, client meetings and promotional activities
• Maintain records of prospects, customer interactions, sales activities and transactions
• Coordinate with sales administration and finance teams to confirm customer payments and documentation

• Minimum of OND, HND or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management or related field
• Experience in sales or marketing, preferably in real estate or property development
• Strong communication, negotiation, persuasion and customer relationship management skills
• Ability to generate leads, follow up, and work towards sales targets
• Familiarity with digital marketing and social media is an added advantage
• Fluency in Hausa and English; knowledge of Kano property market desirable
