Executive Marketer

About this role

The Executive Marketer role focuses on promoting Muamalat Homes and Properties’ real estate products, generating leads, and converting prospects into clients. It targets individuals who can work from Kano or relocate at their own cost, with a emphasis on sales targets and client engagement.

What you would do

• Identify and engage prospective buyers, investors, and clients through direct marketing, referrals, networking, and digital channels
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to spot opportunities
• Coordinate with sales admin and finance to confirm payments and complete documentation
• Maintain records of prospects, interactions, sales activities, and transactions
• Provide clients with information on property features, prices, payment plans, and terms
• Achieve sales targets and report on sales activity

• Fluency in Hausa and English
• Willingness to relocate to Kano at own cost if not already based there
• Strong communication, negotiation, persuasion, and customer relationship management skills
• Familiarity with digital marketing and social media is a plus
