Executive Lead, Strategic Initiatives & Partnerships

What you would do

• Turn priorities and ideas into actionable initiatives and drive execution with limited supervision.
• Produce proposals, concept notes, analytical reports, strategic briefs, presentations and professional correspondence.
• Identify and engage relevant institutions, organisations and senior professionals to cultivate partnerships.
• Prepare the Principal for high-level meetings with research, stakeholder profiles, briefing notes and talking points; participate in meetings as required.
• Anticipate needs, solve problems, manage competing priorities and progress assignments without constant direction.
• Track deliverables and deadlines, maintain records, and provide progress updates, risks and next steps.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel, itineraries and meeting support as required.

• Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Law, Political Science, Economics, Communications, Public Administration, Business, Social Sciences or related discipline.
• Approximately 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in proposal development, analytical writing, stakeholder engagement and coordinating complex assignments.
• Excellent English communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and digital collaboration tools.
• Postgraduate qualification or experience with international organisations, development partners, public institutions or cross-border partnerships is an advantage.
