What you would do
- Organise meetings and manage the executive's calendar
- Draft emails, memos and communications on the executive's behalf
- Take meeting minutes and set up reminders

- Maintain prospect lists and track leads in a CRM or spreadsheet
- Prepare briefing notes and provide regular updates on lead activity and outcomes

- 2 to 4 years of administrative and growth support experience
- Experience selling tech products or supporting tech sales and outreach
- Strong research, presentation, analytical and written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, work independently and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite; CRM experience is an added advantage
