What you would do

• Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives
• Coordinate schedules and manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Prepare and organise documents, presentations and communications
• Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders as needed
• Assist with project coordination and follow-up on action items
• Support meeting planning and logistics
• Manage correspondence and follow through on requests
• Maintain organised filing and information systems
• Help with ad hoc administrative duties as required
• Ensure timely and professional communication with stakeholders

What they are asking for

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or related discipline
• 3 to 5 years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Executive Administrator or similar role supporting senior executives
• Professional certification in Administrative Management, Project Management or related field is an added advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual collaboration tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational, planning, coordination and time management abilities
• Excellent follow-up skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong decision-making and stakeholder management abilities
