The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the CEO and serves as the primary contact for the Office of the CEO, liaising with senior management. What you would do
- Manage the CEO’s calendar and travel plans.
- Prepare reports and documents for decision-making.
- Screen visitors and phone calls and respond to enquiries on behalf of the CEO.
- Draft and edit correspondence and presentations; organise meetings and logistics.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders and support executive team meetings.
- Organise high-level events, including invitations, agendas and RSVP tracking.

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, law, communications or related field; master's degree preferred.
- 3 to 5 years of experience, including at least 3 years supporting C-suite executives.
- Experience in internal and external communications; proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with social media platforms and AI tools.
- Experience in corporate settings, particularly finance or consulting; knowledge of project management tools and virtual meeting platforms.
- Ability to manage both onsite and remote executives; strong organisational and interpersonal skills; ability to maintain confidentiality.
