About this role
An Excel Specialist role based in Lagos, offered by 4 Quarters Consultants Limited, focused on designing, building and maintaining complex spreadsheets and dashboards to support various departments including finance, HR, marketing, and operations.
What you would do
- Design, build and maintain complex spreadsheets, workbooks and reporting templates.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends and create dashboards, charts and graphs for stakeholders.
- Automate repetitive tasks using macros, VBA, Power Query or Power Pivot.
- Clean, validate and ensure data integrity across reports.
- Collaborate with departments to gather data requirements and troubleshoot issues.
What they are asking for
- Bachelor’s or HND in business, economics, data science or related field.
- Expert-level knowledge of advanced Excel formulas (eg XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, SUMIFS).
- Proficiency in Pivot Tables, Pivot Charts, Slicers and conditional formatting.
- Experience with VBA/Macros and data-shaping tools like Power Query.
- Familiarity with data visualization principles and dashboard design.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements.
