Events Assistant

About this role

An Events Assistant role in Lagos supporting the Events Manager with planning, coordinating and delivering events and activations for Elvaridah. The position suits someone who is proactive, well organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment, handling setup, logistics and client interactions.

What you would do

• Assist with event planning, scheduling and logistics
• Coordinate with suppliers, partners and internal teams
• Set up and breakdown event spaces and bars; manage tools, ingredients and decor
• Support bartenders and ensure brand standards and safety compliance
• Provide customer service to clients and guests; assist VIP and hospitality needs
• Maintain event records, assist with reporting, social media coverage and post-event follow-ups

• 1–2 years in event coordination, hospitality, customer service or related roles
• Strong organisational and coordination skills; excellent communication
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
