Ethics Operator Officer

About this role

This role is for an Ethics Line Lead in Lagos who will support whistleblowing services, ensure compliance with policies and standards, and drive client trust and service delivery. The position targets candidates with strong communication, reporting and analytical skills and may require multilingual proficiency.

What you would do

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints via telephone, email or website.
• Document client enquiries and complaints using relevant templates.
• Prepare monthly summary reports of client complaints.
• Monitor and communicate subscription expiry dates to managers monthly.
• Analyse complaint trends quarterly.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create new awareness posters when needed.
