Ethics Operator Officer

What you would do

• Maintain service excellence and client trust
• Support ethics line operators and handle customer inquiries
• Drive business growth and ensure adherence to policies and standards
• Track subscription expiry dates and report to managers monthly
• Create awareness posters with the marketing team when required
• Prepare monthly summary reports of client complaints and quarterly trend analyses
