About this role
The Estate Officer will manage the day-to-day operations of Adron Homes & Properties' estates and allocated properties in Lagos. The role ensures estate infrastructure and facilities are properly maintained, residents comply with rules, and contractors and service providers deliver services to approved standards, while handling residents’ concerns and supporting policy enforcement to maintain safety, order and value.
What you would do
- Supervise maintenance, cleanliness and upkeep of estate infrastructure, buildings, facilities, roads, drainage systems and common areas.
- Conduct regular inspections of estate properties and facilities to identify maintenance needs, safety concerns, defects and areas requiring corrective action.
- Enforce estate rules, regulations, policies and approved guidelines among residents, occupants, visitors and other estate users.
- Monitor construction, renovation and modification activities within the estate to ensure compliance with approved plans, estate standards and requirements.
- Coordinate and supervise security personnel and security activities within the estate to maintain safety and protect properties.
- Receive, document, investigate and coordinate the resolution of residents' complaints and service requests.
