Estate Accountant
About this role
An Estate Accountant is needed in Ikoyi, Lagos, for UPDC Facility Management Limited. The role targets candidates with a degree in accounting, finance, economics or related fields and a recognised professional qualification, with at least three years of relevant accounting experience in property or facilities management or similar service sector.
What you would do
- Prepare and manage financial records for the estate management operations
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting for property services
- Process supplier invoices and payments
- Reconcile accounts and monitor financial variances
- Support month-end and year-end closes
- Assist with financial reporting and compliance tasks

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field
- Professional accounting qualification (ICAN, ACCA or equivalent)
- At least 3 years of relevant accounting experience
- Experience in property management, facility management, real estate or related service-based environment preferred
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
