About this role
Ericsson is recruiting for Techno Commercial Manager roles in Lagos (RAN EMEA) and Abuja (RAN CU ENA). The roles combine technical RAN knowledge with commercial acumen to shape offers, guide pricing and negotiations, and drive responsible growth across RAN engagements. Candidates should have engineering or business backgrounds and proven telecom/ICT deal experience.
What you would do
- Lead RAN techno-commercial strategy and tactics for assigned engagements
- Translate RAN technology into ROI/TCO value narratives with commercial structures and risk mitigation
- Drive proactive value creation ahead of RFQs and Strategy-to-Win activities
- Facilitate data-driven pricing with benchmarks, guardrails and incentive frameworks
- Optimise offer scope with domain teams to maximise customer ROI
- Shape negotiation strategy and support direct customer negotiations with CTO/CPO/CFO-level stakeholders
What they are asking for
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Business or related field; MBA preferred
- Proven experience in commercial, solution or techno-commercial roles within the RAN domain; hands-on structuring and negotiation of complex telecom/ICT deals
- Strong RAN technology knowledge (2G–5G, Massive MIMO, SW licensing, Cloud RAN, Open RAN) and exposure to Core, Cloud, Transport and OSS/BSS
- Mastery of commercial modelling, TCO/ROI analysis and value-based pricing
- Excellent stakeholder management — credible with Domain/Commercial Management and CTO/CPO/CFO level; clear communicator in English (local languages a plus)
- Experience in EMEA telecom markets preferred
