Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) Implementation Specialist
About this role
Bave Design Studio in Lagos is seeking an ERP Implementation Specialist to develop and deliver ERP solutions for clients. The role involves meeting clients to capture requirements, leading end-to-end ERP implementations, configuring systems, migrating data, testing, launching, and training users across multiple modules. The candidate will train clients remotely and on-site, create training materials, and work with developers to identify improvements as the platform evolves. A Lagos resident who can visit client sites and travel as needed is required. Experience with ERP implementations, especially in retail, and knowledge of Nigerian tax workflows are advantageous.
What you would do
- Meet with clients to understand operations and translate requirements into ERP workflows
- Lead ERP implementation including configuration, data migration, testing, launch and user onboarding
- Configure and train users across modules such as POS, inventory, purchasing, sales, CRM, HRM, accounting and reporting
- Assist retail businesses with stock control, replenishment, returns, reconciliation and multi-branch operations
- Set up user roles, permissions, approval processes and reports
- Deliver remote and on-site training and provide post-implementation support
- Create user guides, training videos and implementation documentation
- Collaborate with developers to identify gaps, define improvements and test new features
- Coordinate with clients' finance teams on tax settings, VAT calculations, invoicing and reporting requirements
- Travel to client sites within Lagos as required

- Good organisation, communication and client management skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote team
- Residence in Lagos and availability for client-site visits and occasional travel
- Experience with ERPNext, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP Business One or comparable platforms is welcome, not limited to a single product
