Enterprise Architect - Supply Chain
About this role
The Enterprise Architect - Supply Chain at Coca-Cola HBC owns the architectural direction for the Supply Chain function, covering planning, manufacturing, procurement, inventory, logistics, distribution, warehouse operations, transportation, sustainability and analytics. The role partners with senior stakeholders to ensure a coherent, integrated supply chain architecture that is resilient, efficient, agile and data-driven, aligned with long-term business goals.
What you would do
- Own and evolve the Supply Chain Enterprise Architecture strategy, target architectures and roadmaps.
- Ensure architectural coherence across programmes, products and platforms.
- Define and enforce architecture principles and standards; act as architectural authority.
- Lead architectural thinking for Supply Chain transformation; advise stakeholders on trade-offs, risks and opportunities.
- Drive simplification of the application and data landscape to improve agility, resilience, service levels and cost efficiency.
- Provide architectural assurance for major initiatives and align delivery with approved roadmaps; collaborate with Agile/SAFe teams to ensure architecture is actionable.

- Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect in large-scale FMCG/CPG organisations.
- Ability to operate at enterprise and executive level and translate complex technical integrations into business value.
- Deep knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes, including demand planning, S&OP/IBP, procurement, manufacturing, inventory, warehousing, transport, distribution, and sustainability.
- Experience designing and governing architectures across multi-vendor landscapes; familiarity with SAP S4HANA, SAP EWM, SAP TMS, BlueYonder and IoT platforms.
- Strong data and integration expertise, including modern data architecture, API-led connectivity, and awareness of practical AI applications and UX considerations.
- Familiarity with TOGAF applied pragmatically (principles, target states, roadmaps, governance).
