About this role
Enterprise Architect – People & Culture at Coca-Cola HBC. The role leads the architectural direction for the P&C function, covering employee experience, lifecycle, talent, rewards, learning, organisation design, workforce management, time and absence, payroll, employee listening and cultural interventions, and the analytics that underpin them. It acts as the architectural authority to ensure these areas are connected in a single, employee-centric P&C architecture, working with senior stakeholders across P&C, IT and the business to govern a multi-vendor P&C tech stack including Workday, SAP, Cornerstone, OrgVue, Avature, Perceptyx, Azure and Power BI, plus related data and AI platforms.
What you would do
- Own and evolve the P&C enterprise architecture strategy and target architectures, including the integration layer across core HR technology.
- Ensure architectural coherence across P&C programmes, platforms and products to minimise redundancy and debt.
- Define, communicate and enforce architecture principles, standards and data governance across P&C; ensure data models are consistent and interoperable.
- Advise senior stakeholders on architectural trade-offs, risks and opportunities; drive end-to-end transformation with a roadmap to the end-state.
- Drive simplification of the application and data landscape to improve agility, resilience and employee experience; champion practical AI and modern data architecture for P&C.
- Provide architectural assurance for major P&C initiatives; collaborate with delivery teams to ensure architecture is actionable and aligned with roadmaps.
What they are asking for
- Proven track record as an Enterprise Architect in large-scale, complex FMCG/CPG organisations.
- Extensive EA experience, ideally in HR/People technology or a related domain; able to influence at executive level.
- Deep HR and business domain knowledge across the hire-to-retire lifecycle, rewards, performance and talent management, payroll integration, workforce management, org design and master data.
- Experience designing and governing architectures across a multi-vendor P&C tech stack, including Workday, SAP, Cornerstone, Avature, OrgVue, Beqom, Perceptyx, Azure and Power BI, and SharePoint/Viva Engage.
- Knowledge of AI, data architecture and user experience; ability to translate into practical, well-governed solutions.
- Familiarity with TOGAF and operating in large-scale technology landscapes.
