About this role
The Enterprise Architect - Data at Coca-Cola HBC owns the architecture for enterprise data assets, platforms and information management across the organisation. The role covers the full data landscape, from data strategy and governance to integration, platforms and reporting architecture, and acts as an advisor to ensure data capabilities are connected across functions and markets. It aims to align data practices with business objectives and regulatory requirements across domains including Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance, People & Culture and Digital.
What you would do
- Own and evolve the Enterprise Data Architecture vision and target-state roadmaps.
- Define and enforce enterprise data architecture principles and standards.
- Partner with Data Governance to establish governance models and data definitions.
- Govern data platform and integration architecture across enterprise applications and platforms.
- Ensure scalable, secure and reliable access to enterprise data while reducing duplication and technical debt.
- Promote reusable data services and common architectural patterns across domains.
What they are asking for
- Extensive experience as an Enterprise Architect in large organisations, with governance of enterprise data architecture, target-state architectures, roadmaps and standards.
- Ability to operate at executive levels with strong stakeholder management and the ability to translate complex data concepts into business terms.
- Deep knowledge of end-to-end business processes and enterprise data management practices, including Data Governance, Master Data Management, Data Quality, Metadata, Data Lineage, Information Architecture and Data Security and Privacy.
- Experience defining standards for data platforms and data integration, and governing data movement across applications to ensure scalable and secure access.
- Experience with modern data technologies and platforms such as Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Lake Storage, Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Microsoft Purview, Power BI, SAP BDC, SAP BW/BW4HANA, SAP MDG, and working across Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance and HR.
- Familiarity with TOGAF (applied pragmatically) and a relevant bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
