English Language Teacher
About this role
Resurgir Consulting in Lagos is looking for an English Language Teacher to teach English Language to SS 2 and SS 3 students and Literature in English to SS 3 students. The role requires strong subject knowledge, good communication skills, and the ability to deliver engaging lessons for senior secondary learners.
What you would do
- Teach English Language to SS 2 and SS 3 students.
- Teach Literature in English to SS 3 students.
- Prepare and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons.
- Develop students' grammar, comprehension, writing, speaking and analytical skills.
- Assess students' academic progress and provide feedback.
- Prepare students for internal and external examinations.

- Minimum of HND or BSc in English, English Education, Literature, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of English Language and Literature in English.
- Ability to effectively teach and engage SS 2 and SS 3 students.

- Strong classroom management skills.
