Engineering Store Supervisor

What you would do

• Manage and control engineering spare parts inventory to minimise downtime.
• Lead store personnel and ensure safety and 5S standards are followed.
• Coordinate with maintenance and production teams to plan parts availability.
• Identify critical spares and work to prevent stockouts.
• Coach and develop team members to achieve high performance.
• Maintain inventory records and generate reports using SAP, Tally and Excel.

• HND or Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, engineering, logistics or related field.
• 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in technical warehousing, stock control or supply chain in manufacturing.
• Ability to forecast inventory needs, calculate safety stock and set reorder points.
• Strong organisational, analytical and communication skills.
• Familiarity with SAP, Tally or similar ERP/inventory systems.
• Experience with recording, analysing and reporting inventory data.
