Engineering – Mechanical Technician III

What you would do

• Estimate workload to determine completion dates
• Assist mechanical engineers in planning and testing components and machinery
• Help prepare proposals and cost estimates
• Participate in safety tools and practices on the job
• Review job packs and identify safety issues for mitigation before work
• Execute assigned work as planned
• Record technical history as required by the workgroup
• Provide feedback on job pack improvements to the Execution FLS
• Request permits and inform supervisor if permits cannot be issued within 30 minutes of request
