What you would do
- Coordinate with architects, quantity surveyors, contractors and consultants
- Review contractors’ work and ensure proper execution
- Assist with material requirements and technical documentation
- Identify and resolve technical and construction-related challenges
- Provide technical advice to management when required
- Monitor project schedules and support timely delivery

- 3–5 years of relevant experience in construction or real estate development
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Civil Engineering, Building Engineering or a related discipline
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD is an advantage
- Strong analytical, leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel to project sites when required
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings
