BlueBrain Services Limited seeks an experienced Electrical/Electronics Engineer to manage daily operations, maintenance and performance of its Enugu manufacturing plant. The role focuses on ensuring plant efficiency, equipment reliability, safety and regulatory compliance, and effective leadership of production and maintenance teams. The position requires a minimum of five years in plant operations or maintenance and valid COREN and NEMSA certifications. What you would do
- Oversee day-to-day plant operations to maximise productivity and efficiency
- Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for all equipment
- Monitor plant performance and identify improvements for process efficiency and cost savings
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, environmental and quality standards
- Supervise and develop plant personnel to drive performance
- Coordinate maintenance activities to minimise downtime and production interruptions
- Ensure electrical installations and operations comply with NEMSA regulations
- Prepare operational reports, maintenance records and performance analyses for management
- Manage budgets, maintenance costs and resource utilisation
- Collaborate with Production, QA, Procurement and Engineering teams to meet objectives

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering (BEng or BSc)
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in plant management, maintenance or manufacturing operations
- Valid COREN registration
- Valid NEMSA certification/licence
- Experience managing electrical systems, industrial equipment and plant maintenance
- Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance practices
- Understanding of occupational health and safety regulations
- Experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams
- Strong communication, report writing and analytical skills
