An Engineer is sought to provide technical oversight on construction and property development projects in Lagos, ensuring quality, safety, compliance and timely delivery. The role targets professionals with civil/building engineering background and relevant field experience.
What you would do
- Supervise and monitor construction activities on site
- Ensure works comply with drawings, specifications and standards
- Review drawings and identify technical issues or discrepancies
- Coordinate with architects, quantity surveyors, contractors and consultants
- Monitor workmanship, materials, quality and construction progress
- Conduct site inspections and prepare progress reports

- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Civil Engineering, Building Engineering or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in construction or real estate development
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials and site practices
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD is an advantage
- Strong analytical, leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
