About this role
A full‑time Employee Relations role based in Abuja, for managing workplace policies, disciplinary processes, grievance handling, employee engagement, welfare administration and internal communications.
What you would do
- Monitor compliance with workplace policies and code of conduct
- Administer disciplinary cases and issue queries and sanction reports
- Manage employee relations correspondence, reports and record keeping
- Handle grievance management, staff complaints and conflict resolution
- Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities and town halls
- Administer welfare and benefits, attendance, leave and staff logistics
