A graduate Sales Engineer development programme based in Lagos (hybrid) for candidates in engineering or related fields, aimed at developing future engineering and business leaders for Emerson Automation Solutions. What you would do

• Participate in development programmes and gain required skills
• Stay updated on products, industries and market trends
• Collaborate with Emerson units to maximise content and improve service delivery
• Improve customer satisfaction by addressing needs with solutions
• Ensure compliance with Emerson ethics, ITC policies and record-keeping
• Support service and sales teams in the region and develop long-term customer relationships

• Engineering degree (Electrical/Electronic, Chemical, Mechanical) or sciences (Physics, Chemistry, Geology, Computer Science) with minimum second class upper
• Must have completed NYSC or have discharge/exemption by Sept 2025
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
