Email Designer / Strategist

About this role

A Lagos-based hybrid project role for an Email Marketing Designer/Strategist to plan, design and manage email campaigns that align with a brand or talent persona, working with creative and marketing teams to drive engagement and revenue.

What you would do

• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns (newsletters, launches, promotions).
• Segment and grow subscriber lists and maintain deliverability.
• Write, design and optimise email content to match brand voice.
• Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable optimisations.
• Implement A/B testing to improve email effectiveness.
• Maintain email systems, templates and reporting tools and collaborate with teams on visuals and copy.

• Proven experience in email marketing for brands, talent or agencies.
• Strong knowledge of email platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, etc.) and metrics.
• Excellent copywriting, design and communication skills.
• Ability to interpret analytics and make data-driven decisions.
• Knowledge of segmentation, personalization and deliverability best practices.
• Excellent design skills with Canva, Sigma or similar tools.
