ELV (Extra Low Voltage Systems) Project Manager
About this role
ASA Security in Lagos is hiring a Project Manager for ELV (extra low voltage) systems on an expatriate assignment in Nigeria. The role covers planning, execution, and delivery of ELV projects such as CCTV, access control, structured cabling, SMATV, AV, and BMS integration. What you would do
- Lead end-to-end ELV project lifecycle from initiation to handover
- Plan, schedule, and control project timelines and deliverables
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Oversee system design reviews and ensure technical compliance
- Manage procurement, materials, and vendor coordination
- Monitor budgets and financial performance
- Ensure adherence to specifications, quality standards, and regulations
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and handover
- Prepare progress reports and maintain stakeholder communication

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related field
- Project Management certification (PMP preferred)
- Minimum 10+ years of ELV / Low Current project experience
- Proven track record managing multi-system ELV projects
- Strong technical background in CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, SMATV, AV, BMS / System Integration
- Experience on large-scale commercial / industrial projects
- Experience in Nigerian projects (preferred)
