Electronics Retail Manager
About this role
A full-time Electronics Retail Manager to oversee the electronics category in a Lagos retail outlet, driving sales, managing staff, inventory, merchandising and customer service. The role targets someone with experience in electronics retail and the ability to lead a team and meet sales targets.
What you would do
- Prepare and submit sales, inventory, and operational reports
- Manage stock accuracy between systems and physical inventory
- Coordinate returns, refunds, and product/service centre issues
- Monitor margins and ensure compliance with commercial targets
- Lead and develop the electronics sales team; monitor staff performance
- Oversee merchandising, displays, signage and in-store marketing materials and ensure timely replenishment and customer service

- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in electronics retail or similar retail environment
- Proven store management experience and ability to meet sales targets
- Strong leadership and communication, negotiation and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to prepare basic sales and inventory reports
- Good understanding of retail operations, stock management and customer service
