What you would do

• Perform routine inspections, cleaning, and preventive maintenance of electrical and instrumentation equipment, especially packaging machinery.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs, inspection reports and service records.
• Respond to emergency calls and maintenance requests to resolve electrical issues.
• Comply with safety procedures and occupational health and safety standards during maintenance.
• Monitor utility equipment to minimise production disruptions.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to coordinate maintenance activities.
• Carry out repairs and maintenance of electrical systems, equipment and components.
• Report malfunctions and electrical faults to supervisors for timely resolution.
• Troubleshoot faults, identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager.

• Minimum of SSCE, Technical certificate or ND in Engineering/Science field.
