Electrical Maintenance Coordinator
About this role
A full-time Electrical Maintenance Coordinator to manage day-to-day technical operations for a large commercial mall, including supervising technicians and coordinating maintenance across electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and related systems. The role suits candidates with hands-on technical troubleshooting experience and mall or large facility operations background.
What you would do
- Monitor critical equipment such as generators, electrical panels, chillers, pumps and water systems.
- Manage maintenance requests and track issues to closure.
- Provide technical support to tenants and mall operations to minimise disruption.
- Supervise technicians, contractors and external service providers.
- Carry out routine inspections and identify potential equipment failures.
- Coordinate daily technical and maintenance operations across the mall; diagnose faults and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance.
What they are asking for
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in mall operations, facilities management or similar environments.
- Experience supervising technicians and coordinating contractors/service providers.
- BSc/HND in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Facilities Management or related field.
- Experience in a shopping mall or high-occupancy commercial facility is highly preferred.
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and fault diagnosis across electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, generators and pumps.
