Electrical Engineer

What you would do

• Lead root cause analysis and troubleshooting for boiler failures and performance issues.
• Prepare and maintain operational documentation on system performance, maintenance activities and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct regular inspections and assessments to identify issues and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures for electrical equipment.
• Provide mentorship and training to engineering staff to foster continuous improvement and skills development.
• Create electrical systems and components for operations including power systems, household appliances and electronic devices.

What they are asking for

• BSc or HND in Electrical Engineering.
• Membership with COREN, NSE, and other recognised bodies (e.g., PMP, ACEN, NAE, APWEN).
• Minimum 8 years of experience in boiler design, operation and maintenance in manufacturing.
• At least 3 years in a supervisory role.
