EGRA / EGMA Field Officers

About this role

R-DATS Consulting seeks EGRA / EGMA Field Officers in Lagos. What you would do

• Conduct one-on-one EGRA/EGMA assessments with sampled primary school students.
• Input assessment outcomes into tablets on designated mobile platforms.
• Synchronise and upload complete, clean, geotagged digital records to the project server daily.
• Maintain safe custody, charging, and data maintenance of assigned tablet devices.

• Education: NCE, OND, or Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Sciences, or related fields.
• Experience: 1-3 years in field-level quantitative data collection or learning assessments.
• Assessment expertise: Proven track record conducting early-grade learning assessments (EGRA, EGMA, ASER, or LearNigeria) in Lagos or neighbouring states.
• Skills: Comfortable operating Android tablets.
• Desirable: Experience teaching or working with primary school-aged children.
