What you would do
- Answer calls and make outbound sales calls to promote products and services.
- Advise students on training plans by asking questions and understanding needs.
- Provide after-sales support and coordinate with departments to resolve complaints.
- Ensure customer meetings, reminders, and renewal of registrations via email and phone.
- Enter customer data and notes accurately on the CRM.
- Participate in marketing activities such as conferences or live events.
- Work to meet monthly sales targets across various lead types.
- Encourage feedback from students and instructors to support progress.
- Upsell and cross-sell GoMyCode products.
- Maintain a positive attitude and represent the GMC learning method clearly.
