About this role
Unified Payment Services Limited in Mainland, Lagos is seeking an EChannels Support Specialist for a full‑time role. The position involves designing, developing and deploying customised POS solutions, ensuring seamless transaction processing and providing second‑level POS support, with the aim of improving terminal configuration management and customer satisfaction. It is suitable for candidates with 0–2 years’ experience in IT support or digital banking operations.
What you would do
- Design, develop and deploy customised POS solutions to meet business requirements
- Provide technical and functional support for POS configuration platforms
- Monitor channel performance and ensure high availability of the transaction processing platform; manage incidents within SLA
- Manage payment platform operations including transaction switching and merchant/agent registrations
- Participate in UAT and deployment of new POS; coordinate with third‑party providers for service resolution
- Document issues and resolutions; maintain a knowledge base and ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements

- OND in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field
- 0-2 years’ IT support or digital banking operations experience
- Understanding of digital channel platforms, APIs and transaction processing
- Basic SQL knowledge and ability to analyse system logs and reports
- Familiarity with payment processing, transaction monitoring and dispute handling
- Strong problem‑solving and communication skills
