E3D Model Lead & PDMS Administrator

About this role

Role involves setting up and managing AVEVA E3D/PDMS models for the Project Portfolio Management team, producing and validating 3D plant models from engineering inputs, and coordinating across disciplines to resolve clashes and ensure design accuracy. Suitable for experienced AVEVA E3D/PDMS specialists with background in oil and gas or related industrial facilities.

What you would do

• Set up and administer AVEVA E3D/PDMS databases for the project portfolio management organisation
• Create, modify and maintain 3D plant models from approved drawings and specifications
• Perform clash detection, model validation and design checks with other disciplines
• Develop piping layouts considering routing, accessibility, maintenance, stress, and constructability
• Produce design deliverables such as isometrics and general arrangement drawings from the 3D model
• Support model reviews, deliverable production, and quality checks while ensuring alignment with project standards and schedules

• Degree or diploma in Engineering Design or Drafting (BEng/BTech preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of AVEVA E3D/PDMS modelling and management experience
• Proficiency in Navisworks and expert-level AutoCAD skills
• Expertise in 3D CAD, point cloud processing, and model validation workflows
• Experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or related industrial facilities
• Familiarity with AVEVA E3D modules (Draw, Iso-draft, Paragon, Administration, Lexicon) and ability to manage projects and databases
