E-Commerce Manager in a Luxury Goods Company - Fadac Resources and Services Limited

An E-Commerce Manager position based in Victoria Island, Lagos, for a luxury goods company. The role focuses on increasing online purchases, managing the e-commerce platform and coordinating between internal teams and external service providers.
What you would do
- Build and maintain relationships with service providers and system integrators
- Monitor online inventory for all strategic business units
- Provide regular KPI analyses and reports to drive improvements
- Enhance the online consumer experience across platforms
- Troubleshoot data feeds and site integrations
- Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations including merchandising, content, order fulfilment and customer service

- Minimum of a first degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Humanities or a related field
- Preferably 10 years of experience in E-Commerce, with experience in luxury, retail, FMCG or banking advantageous
- Strong knowledge of social media, website analytics and online marketing principles
- Experience with database creation and management and understanding of e-commerce technologies
- Integrity and ability to adapt to changing conditions
- Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams (IT, Marketing, Inventory, Customer Service, Logistics)
