What you would do
- Supervise all hotel departments during the night shift.

- Act as the primary point of contact for guest concerns and emergencies and resolve complaints promptly.
- Oversee night audit and financial activities, including revenue reconciliation and accuracy of billing and reports.
- Lead and supervise shift staff, allocate duties and ensure proper handover between shifts.

- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration or related field.
- 5 to 15 years of experience in hotel operations, preferably Front Office or Duty Management.
- Prior supervisory or duty manager experience is highly preferred.
