What you would do
- Report accidents, injuries or vehicle damage to the appropriate authority.
- Conduct routine checks on oil, water, battery, brakes, tyres and other components before use.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all assignments.
- Keep the vehicle clean, in good working condition, and regularly maintained.
- Perform driving or administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Assist passengers with loading and unloading luggage or materials as required.
- Maintain a logbook for daily trips, mileage, fuel consumption and servicing records.
- Safely operate assigned vehicles for official duties, errands or transportation of staff and guests.
- Adhere to road safety laws and traffic regulations.
- Plan and follow assigned routes to ensure timely arrivals.
