What you would do
- Safely operate hospital vehicles to transport medical supplies, equipment and documents between hospital units and external locations.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and routine maintenance checks.
- Maintain accurate logs of trips and deliveries and ensure adherence to traffic and safety regulations.
- Respond promptly to transport requests and assist with loading and unloading items.
- Keep vehicles clean and ready for use and maintain readiness for transport.
- Interact courteously with staff, patients and external partners while following hospital policies and confidentiality standards.
