What you would do
- Transport staff, visitors and materials to designated locations.
- Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off of passengers and deliveries.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report faults or maintenance needs.
- Keep vehicles clean, safe and roadworthy.
- Maintain records of trips, fuel use, mileage and maintenance schedules.
- Ensure vehicle documents are up to date (licences, insurance, registration).
- Follow traffic laws, road safety rules and company policies.
- Assist with delivery and collection of official documents and parcels when required.
- Report accidents or issues to management promptly.
- Support administrative and logistics activities as assigned.
