What you would do
- Maintain trip, mileage, fuel and vehicle maintenance records.
- Obey traffic regulations, road signs and speed limits.
- Inspect the vehicle before and after trips and report faults or maintenance needs.
- Drive company vehicles safely and responsibly.
- Plan routes and manage time to ensure punctual arrivals.
- Assist with loading and unloading goods when required.
- Ensure adequate fuel, oil, coolant and other fluids are available.
- Transport staff, clients, goods or materials to destinations.
- Keep the vehicle clean and well maintained.
- Follow safety procedures and keep vehicle documents valid.
